Custom T-Shirts, Printed the Right Way for the Order

A t-shirt is the most ordered piece of custom apparel in Naples, and the one where the difference between shops shows fastest. A print that cracks after four washes, a color that came out two shades off the logo, a reorder that does not match the first run — those are not bad luck, they are decisions made at the press.

We produce every shirt ourselves at 4120 Enterprise Ave. Screens are burned, inks are mixed to your Pantone reference, and every run is cure-checked on the way out of the dryer. The same building runs our screen printing, DTF, embroidery, design and finishing, so a job never gets handed to a third party halfway through.

One thing to know up front: we are a production shop, not a one-shirt-at-a-time storefront. Screen printing starts at 50 pieces and DTF at 12, and you can mix methods and garments in one order to get there. If you need a single custom tee by Friday, an online print-on-demand service is the better tool. If you need 60 staff tees that look right and reorder the same way next season, this is the right page.

Screen Printing or DTF for Your T-Shirts?

Screen printing: 50 pieces and up

The standard for bulk t-shirts, and the cheapest per piece once the run is big enough to spread the screen setup. One to six spot colors, exact Pantone matching, and the widest choice of ink finishes. Every large tee order — Amazon’s 250-piece runs, event shirts, staff tees — goes through our automatic presses.

Screen printing: the finish

Plastisol for opacity and durability, water-based and discharge inks for a soft hand on light and heather garments, low-bleed formulations on polyester. The ink is chosen for the fabric and the artwork, not for whatever is already on the press.

DTF: from 12 pieces

Direct-to-film transfers reproduce full-color and photographic artwork with no screens, so small runs and many-color designs cost what they should. The right method for 12 to 50 shirts, for artwork with gradients or a dozen colors, and for tight deadlines.

DTF: mixed sizes and colors in one run

Because there is no screen setup, one order can span youth to 4XL and six garment colors without a reset between each. Useful for teams, camps and small businesses that need the same logo on a mixed lot of shirts.

Which one we will recommend

We look at the quantity, the artwork and the garment and tell you which method gives the best result at the best price. We are not trying to steer you to one machine; both are in the building.

Mixing methods in one order

Fifty screen printed event tees plus twelve DTF printed staff shirts plus embroidered caps is one purchase order, one proof, one delivery. That is normal for us.

T-Shirt Blanks We Print On

We source from every major decorated-apparel distributor, so the question is what fits your budget and use rather than what one supplier stocks. What we print most:

Bella + Canvas

The retail-standard soft tee. Airlume combed cotton, a modern fit and the widest range of heather colors. The default when the shirt has to feel like something people would buy.

Next Level

Close to Bella + Canvas in feel with slightly different fits and a strong tri-blend line. A good alternative when a specific color or cut is out of stock.

Comfort Colors

Heavyweight, garment-dyed cotton with the washed-out look that is everywhere in Florida right now. Ideal for merch, resort and coastal brands, and events that want a premium keepsake rather than a giveaway.

Gildan and Port & Company

The economical workhorses. Consistent stock, deep size runs and low cost per piece. Right for high-volume events, fundraisers and back-of-house staff tees where budget leads.

Performance tees

Sport-Tek, Nike and similar moisture-wicking polyester for outdoor crews, sports teams and anyone working in August heat. Printed with low-bleed inks so dark polyester does not migrate through the design.

Long sleeves, tanks and hoodies

Most of the blanks above come in long-sleeve, tank, crewneck and hoodie versions, so a program can carry the same logo across a whole line. We source across the major distributors and will match a blank to your budget.

Retail-Ready Finishing for Brands and Merch

Most shops hand you a box of shirts. If you are selling them, that is where the work starts. We run finishing in-house: printed or woven neck labels to replace the manufacturer tag, custom hang tags, folding and polybagging, size stickers and carton packing by SKU.

For brands that ship, our fulfillment side can hold inventory and pick and pack orders as they come in, so a merch drop does not turn into a garage full of boxes. Our design team can also take a rough idea and turn it into print-ready separations.

Ordering Custom T-Shirts in Naples

We produce at 4120 Enterprise Ave, Suite 103 in Naples, and deliver across Collier and Lee County — Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers and Cape Coral — with pickup available at the shop.

Send your artwork or logo and the rough quantity, and we will come back with a quote, a garment recommendation and a digital proof. Vector files print best, but we can rebuild a logo from a decent JPEG. Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days after proof approval; rush is quoted case by case.

Every screen, ink formula and artwork file is kept on file, so a reorder in six months is a repeat of the same setup, not a fresh interpretation of your design. That is what makes a 50-piece minimum work in your favor: the second run costs less and matches the first.

Custom T-Shirt FAQs

What is the minimum order for custom t-shirts?

Screen printing starts at 50 pieces and DTF printing at 12. You can combine methods and garments in one order to reach the minimum — for example 50 screen printed event tees plus 12 DTF staff shirts.

It depends on the blank, the number of print colors and locations, and the quantity, so we quote rather than publish a flat price. A one-color print on 100 Gildan tees and a full-color DTF print on 12 Comfort Colors tees are very different jobs. Send the artwork and count and you will get a real number, usually the same business day.

No — we are a production shop built for teams, events and brands rather than single pieces. For one-off shirts, an online print-on-demand service will serve you better and faster. From 12 pieces up, we are the right call.

Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days after proof approval. Rush production is available on many jobs and is quoted case by case depending on the method, garment stock and current schedule. Ask when you request the quote.

Both outlast the shirt when done properly. Screen printing with a full cure is the benchmark for durability on cotton; DTF transfers are stretchable and wash well, and they are the better choice for fine detail and full-color artwork. We will recommend by artwork and quantity.

Usually, yes. We will inspect the garments first, because not every fabric prints the same way, and we cannot replace customer-supplied blanks if a misprint occurs. For most jobs it is simpler and often cheaper for us to source the blanks.

Yes. Our in-house design team can clean up a logo, build print-ready separations or create the artwork from scratch. Every job gets a digital proof before anything goes to press.

Youth XS through adult 5XL depending on the brand, in unisex, women’s and youth cuts, plus long-sleeve, tank, crewneck and hoodie versions of most tees. Extended sizes carry a mill upcharge, which we quote plainly.

Yes. Per-piece cost drops at volume breaks because screen setup is spread across more shirts. Larger runs of a few hundred pieces and up are where screen printing is at its most economical, and where we do a lot of our work.

Yes — across Collier and Lee County including Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers and Cape Coral, with pickup available at our Enterprise Avenue facility. Brand and fulfillment clients ship nationwide.
